Analysis of DNA damage breaks before and after the nine drug treatments. Cells encapsulated within agarose were treated to alkaline unwinding and denaturation of DNA and then subjected to electrophoresis. Comets were stained with SYBR Gold and analysed using a Zeiss <t>Metafer</t> system running <t>CometScan</t> analysis software.
